People who come to me often find what's been missing in their healing is the somatic dimension - accessing the deep patterns and wounds from young parts that are held in the body and sometimes also nervous system impacts from traumas like physical or sexual abuse.
I integrate advanced body-mind modalities and have done a lot of my own work. I can journey with you into the deepest hardest parts that you had to shut down, and through to the essence of you that's vibrant, strong, and heartful.
I work via Zoom Internationally and locally in person. A third of my clients are therapists/mental health counselors. My sliding scale fee is $100-$125 for 60 minute sessions. Please reach out for a 20 minute free chat to see if we’re a good fit.
